We offer an exclusive studio-style room located on the third floor of a family home in Bormujos, right next to CEU San Pablo University and with excellent transport connections to Seville city centre. This is not a conventional bedroom. The entire third floor of the house is exclusively dedicated to this private space: a spacious, open-plan room offering significantly more comfort and space than a traditional bedroom. The room is divided into different areas: a sleeping area with a bed, a study area with a large desk, a living area with a sofa, and plenty of storage space thanks to a wardrobe and drawer units. It also features two large windows at opposite ends of the room, providing excellent natural light throughout the day. You will share the house with the owner and his two 9-year-old daughters, in a peaceful, safe and respectful environment. We are looking for responsible students who would like to enjoy a comfortable stay and a genuine cultural exchange experience. We speak both Spanish and French fluently at home, making it an ideal environment for anyone who would also like to practise languages. The property is located in a quiet residential area of Bormujos, one of the most popular towns in the Seville metropolitan area among university students. Its location combines the peace and security of a residential neighbourhood with the convenience of having all essential services just a few minutes away. CEU San Pablo University is very close to the property, so you can easily get there on foot or by bike. Bormujos also has excellent public transport connections to Seville, including several bus routes and connections to Ciudad Expo Metro station via local buses and shuttle services. In the surrounding area, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, gyms, banks and all kinds of shops for your everyday needs. The San Juan de Dios del Aljarafe University Hospital and the Bormujos health centre are also nearby. If you would like to enjoy everything Seville has to offer, the historic city centre is around 15–20 minutes away by car or public transport, allowing you to combine the peace and quiet of living in Bormujos with the city’s wide range of cultural attractions, restaurants and entertainment.
